Ingredients:
- 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
- 5 egg yolks
- 14 ounces canned sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- whipped cream
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a bowl, combine yolks, milk and juice and beat until well blended. Pour into pie crust.
- Bake 15 minutes, let cool completely, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Top with whipped cream just before serving.
