Key Lime Pie

From:  Jessica S.     Yield:  1 pie
Ingredients:
  • 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 14 ounces canned sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • whipped cream
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, combine yolks, milk and juice and beat until well blended.  Pour into pie crust.
  3. Bake 15 minutes, let cool completely, then refrigerate until chilled.
  4. Top with whipped cream just before serving.
