More Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups elbow noodles
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 16 ounces canned tomato sauce
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease 9"x9" baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare noodles according to package directions.
  3. In a skillet, brown ground beef together with the onion.  Drain if necessary.
  4. Add tomato sauce, corn, salt, pepper and cheese and mix well.
  5. Pour into baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
