Ingredients:
- 2 cups elbow noodles
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 16 ounces canned tomato sauce
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- cooking spray
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9"x9" baking pan with cooking spray.
- Prepare noodles according to package directions.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef together with the onion. Drain if necessary.
- Add tomato sauce, corn, salt, pepper and cheese and mix well.
- Pour into baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
