Ingredients:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) margarine
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease bundt pan with cooking spray (my pan is made from silicone).
- Beat margarine, shortening, sugar and eggs. Add flour, salt, cocoa, milk and vanilla and beat until smooth.
- Pour into bundt pan and bake for 75-90 minutes.
