Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 16 ounces canned pumpkin
- 1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- mini chocolate chips

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- Blend together the eggs, oil and pumpkin. Then add sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda and beat until creamy.
- Pour onto cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely.
- Cream together the cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Then add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Frost cooled cake, then sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
