Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups white chocolate, peanut butter, or mint chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
- Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually blend into creamed mixture. Stir in chips.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
My Notes:
- I have made these with mint chips and they end up tasting like those Girl Scout thin mint cookies.
