Ingredients:
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 cups rice krispies cereal
- 6 ounces (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- cooking spray
Directions:
- Grease 9"x13" baking dish with cooking spray.
- Measure cereal into large bowl.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together corn syrup and sugar, stirring frequently, until sugar has dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Pour over cereal and blend well.
- Press mixture into baking dish.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together, stirring frequently. Spread over cereal mixture and let set.
