Chili

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 14 ounces canned petite diced tomatoes
  • 8 ounces canned tomato sauce
  • 14 ounces canned kidney beans
  • 1 packet mild chili seasoning

Directions:

  1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Place tomato sauce, chili seasoning, and diced tomatoes in slow cooker and stir until well blended.  Add 
  3. Brown ground beef in skillet, seasoned with onion powder until done, then add to slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours.

My Notes:
  • To double the recipe, I double everything except the ground beef.
