Ingredients:
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 8 ounces chicken, cut into strips
- 1 small bell pepper, cut into stips
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 pound thick deli ham, cut into strips
- 6 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste
Directions:
- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cooked 5-7 minutes, until no longer pink.
- Add green pepper and onion, cook 4-6 minutes just until onions are clear.
- Add pasta, whipping cream and ham and cook 3-5 minutes more.
- Add tomatoes, cheese, salt and pepper.
